Our contract with you.
When you place an order with us, we will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an e-mail containing the details of your order that you provided to us. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase items. A contract of sale is accepted by us when we send you an e-mail confirming to you that we have despatched items to you.
Any items on your order which we have not confirmed in a despatch confirmation e-mail to have been despatched do not form part of that contract.
Pricing and availability
Despite our efforts, there may be occasions when a item we are offering for sale has been priced incorrectly. However prices shown on your order will be checked as part of the despatch process. If a item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will send you the item and charge the lower amount. If a item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before despatching or canceling it from your order.
Most of the items on offer on our website are stocked in our shop. If a product is not immediately available then we will inform you via e-mail and give an estimate of when it can be despatched to you.
If, when you receive your order, the items are damaged or are not what you expected, please return them to us within 7 days, in their original packaging, and we will either exchange them or return your money straight away.
Please note, we cannot refund postage costs incurred in returning any item.
All items remain the property of Red Door until payment has been received in full.
Using your personal details
The personal details you provide to us when you place an order are used solely to fulfill that order. The only circumstance where your details will be passed on to a third party is to arrange for special delivery of orders that are bulky or contain valuable items.
